Stateside Missionaries (OPG Staff)
All the Staff of One Plus God are global missionaries based in the USA. They raise their own funds (salaries). Their fully funded amounts (the amount they are allowed to raise) are being set by the One Plus God Board and it is based upon the average of staff salaries for people in similar ministry roles within non-profits of the State of Ohio.
These amounts reflect the SHORTFALL of each staff person. You can either choose to give to a very specific staff person, or if you simply give towards the staff in general the board will decide how to allocate the funds.
It is important though to understand that the best way to support a staff person is through a monthly contribution.
